About the projectThe Upskilling Bridge project was an initiative within Adult Education, funded by the KA122-ADU - Short-term projects program. The project, lasting 18 months, aimed to enhance participants' professional skills, focusing on key areas such as human resources management, effective communication, stress management, and teamwork.

During the project period, participants took part in structured courses, interactive workshops, role-playing, and group exercises, all designed to develop practical skills that could be directly applied in their work activities.
